Crepe Fillings: Dark Chocolate and Cream Cheese

I decided to make my own fillings for the crepes. These include both a dark chocolate mousse filling my husband made and a cream cheese mousse I made. We will start with the chocolate mousse recipe. Here are a few of the ingredients I used for Hershey's Dark Chocolate Mousse. Full recipes are at the end or can be found here. I adapted the recipe because I thought that it needed less sugar and more whipping cream. 
1 envelope of gelatin

Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa and Whipping Creme


Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl; let stand for 2 minutes to soften. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved and mixture is clear. Cool slightly


Combine sugar and cocoa in a large bowl.

Add whipping cream and vanilla. Beat on medium speed. Spoon into  dessert cups. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

I added almonds to the center as a garnish.

 Main ingredient: Marzetti's Cream Cheese Fruit Dip 

 Combine the Fruit Dip Cream Cheese with the whip cream. Then beat in the gelatin mixture.

 Garnish with a strawberry.
